It is gentle and non-invasive. A series of rolling moves are performed over the whole body releasing muscles and soft tissue tension. This allows the body to rebalance, stiff necks, shoulders, backs, hips, knees and ankles all respond well.
Bowen is also good for asthma, headaches and digestion as well as the after effects of surgery. Very suitable for older people.
