BOWEN TECHNIQUE The Bowen Technique is a hands-on remedial therapy, which originated in Australia. It is gentle and non-invasive. A series of rolling moves are performed over the whole body releasing muscle and soft tissue tension. This allows the body to rebalance itself and return to normal function, both structurally and organically. Stiffness and muscle tension is released and the associated pain resolves. Arthritic joints become more mobile and less painful and the body moves more easily and comfortably. Stiff necks, shoulders, backs, hips, knees and ankles all respond well. Bowen is also good for asthma, headaches and digestion as well as the after effects of surgery. £25 for 30mins |
