Time to Talk is aimed at those caring for a loved one or friend as an unpaid carer.
RSM hosts Time to Talk sessions monthly and gives carers the opportunity to meet others in a similar situation, make friends, support each other, share ideas and just have a chat!
These sessions have been described as a “lifeline” and “a safe place with others who really understand”.
